Health: Salad - Duh!

If you know me at all, you know that I don't eat salad. It all started after getting my gallbladder removed and I've never been a real fan of them. But, I would make my husband a salad to go with dinner and recently tried it and loved it. I make a salad now before almost every dinner. Thought I would share with you how simple it is, if you were like me and didn't like green stuff.

Just throw: mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella balls, dried cranberries, broccoli sprouts, sliced almonds with olive oil and balsamic dressing. Yum, yum.
